Terms of use and sale

1. The service

Moko Player is media player software published by [AE name, ICE, address, Morocco]. It ships with no content. We do not provide, sell, host, recommend or check channels, playlists or streams.

2. Your content and your responsibility

You add your own playlists and confirm that you have the right to access them. Using Moko Player to watch content without the rights holder's permission is forbidden. We may block a device or reseller account used to promote illegal content.

3. Free trial

Each new device gets one free 14-day trial with all features. No payment details are needed.

4. Licences and prices

A licence covers one device (one Device ID): 59 MAD for one year, or 149 MAD for life. "Lifetime" means for as long as Moko Player is offered on that device platform. Prices include [VAT status, to confirm]. A yearly licence doesn't renew automatically.

5. Activation

Licences are bought and activated only on mokoplayer.com, or with a code from an authorised reseller. The app itself has no in-app purchases.

6. Refunds

If the player doesn't work on your device, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to support@mokoplayer.com with your Device ID. We can't give refunds because a playlist doesn't work, since we don't provide playlists.

7. Device transfer

You can move a licence to a new device once every 12 months at no cost.

8. Resellers

Resellers buy credits (1 credit = 1 year, 2 credits = lifetime) and must follow the reseller rules on the reseller page. Credits don't expire. Unused credits are refunded if we close an account.

9. Availability and liability

We aim for the player and activation to work at all times, but we don't guarantee that any given stream format or device is supported. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence, except where the law doesn't allow this limit.

10. Law

Moroccan law applies, without removing any mandatory consumer protections in your country. Courts of [city], Morocco.
